What is the best RE investment degree/license/document/title to get or earn?

The account has to be initiated by a licensed broker.

Do not get your RE education from "pich men", get a state approved real estate text book that agents use to get thier license, read it, it's written for beginners.

This is just a small part of what occurred, which is why the city set forth regulations and requirements for obtaining licenses.

The state commissions care nothing about these third party organizations.As a licensed agent in most states you have to hang your license under a brokerage to conduct business as a licensee.

Im in route of my real estate license just curious what would be a good RE company to purse for part-time agent.

As of now I'd like to stay away from Guru's but am open to any courses, classes or books that deal with short sales, I'm considering taking a pre-license real estate course in Colorado mainly for educational purposes vs. becoming an actual real estate agent (any thoughts on this idea??).

Following the advice of some experienced investors on this site, I went ahead and registered for the California Real Estate Agent's course and should have my license in less than 2 months.
