I always take the time to talk to each of these leads or attempt to contact them in some way.My question is:  A lot of times we hear David and Brandon talk about providing value to someone, especially when networking or reaching out to agents, contractors, influencers and so on. 

I worked two jobs numerous times in an attempt to get ahead and watched people get fired for not even showing up.

Biggest procrastination at this point is I’m not even attempting to analyze deals which I know needs to change.

These borrowers though often fight to keep their home though and will attempt another loan modification or bankruptcy potentially if they do default again.

Now I am attempting to figure out what can be done to help the client get out of the home and me to continue to grow my business.

This of course needs to be in your lease and if it bounces, you need written permission to attempt to pull it again.

Her two attempts are rejected and she is informed there is another name on file.

But I will put an asterisks on it that I've not done this post-COVID - but will be attempting to do so next month.
