My recommendation: 1) get the tenant out of the house for 2 days (max) (give them a few gift cards to places like UberEats, Chick-Fil-A, Ruby Tuesdays, PeiWei, or Outback Steakhouse (if you want them to love you forever and forget about the nausea, I recommend you go big)....throw in a gift certificate to Cold Stone Creamery (they're hot, right?)
