They will take your money, deliver ZERO leads, not refund you and Darrin Johnson (above) will call you and say he will sue you for slander for calling his company a scam.

I use them for specific markets, with specific end buyers criteria in mind, and the fees are all in control...and, they deliver the properties/deals to me already analyzed properly (for both flips and holds)...as in:1 - Comps within 10% of the sq ftg of the subject house, (apples to apples), 2 - Comps within 1 mile of subject property...in the same city3 - Comps sold within 60 days of the day of submittalI certify them with my group, and they know not to bother presenting a property that doesn't follow the above criteria....with pictures.They make money, I make money, and neither of us waste time.

I have a unit that has a tenant moving in next week - everything is paid for and signed, and all that's left is to deliver the keys.

hello everyone, im currently a truck driver looking to start investing in buy and hold properties preferably duplex, triplex or fourplex.

Going to have appliances delivered next week, house is painted inside and out, new front and back door, new flooring in one room, new carpet in the rest, new bathroom, painted cabinets. 

Maybe its because her husband was the bus driver and my cousin is her daughter...

There are a lot of so called "property managers" out there that do not deliver - so doing some research is of upmost importance. 

That being said, the biggest determiner for appreciation is location, location, location.In the end, I would let taxes be a number one driver for a decision.
