Is there a document out there that I can download?

The art to internet leads is in the follow up, and luckily most of that can be automated - there are even systems that can text and auto-reply to emails and texts for you based on the content of your lead's reply, as well as services to call every lead within x # of minutes.I personally love direct mail, enough that I just got a folder-stuffer machine that can pack up to 3k envelopes per hour.

I use a font called blzee that can be downloaded straight from the web.

There is often a property tax database that you can download.

If you join from a smart phone you will just need to download the app (it will prompt you the first time you join so you may want to come in a few mins early).Totally understand you all wont be able to join every week, and may even drop out if you dont see long term value.

Keep most of these docs you mentioned in a dropbox folder to keep things organized and ready to go.    

Can you download mailing lists by specific criteria?
