Does anybody have experience (good/bad/indifferent) with RealQuest.com? Looks like a pretty good site....

Just looking for any advantage I can get on foreclosures, deals, etc....I plan on using this site as a supplement to other methods...just another part of the deal making arsenal.

Please share your thoughts on the website, thanks.
