I’ve been looking around at mobile homes in San Diego, and have noticed that even ones that are pretty old and not very nice are being listed at $100-$200k.

Apartments, Mobile Home Parks, Self-storage, etc.

Easiest to use at least two dedicated checking accounts: one for deposits and the other for the business itself.

Hey BP,A recent possible opportunity presented itself and I'm trying to do some analysis/due diligence.I own a few multi-family doors in town, but have no experience with mobile homes or MH parks.There is a property in town that recently went up for sale for what seems like a decent price. 

I was able to acquire a mobile home located in a mobile home park that rents really, really well.

I thought about mobile investing, as well as spending it on marketing since I am a licensed agent.Any suggestions for most ROi?

Deeded access, utility availability, ability to build (topography), and most importantly if bringing in a modular or mobile home the ability to get the box to the site and if a crane is needed can it get in position.

I’m saving up to invest in my first mobile home.

I've seen some sellers in the mobile home park space offering 50% seller financing (which is a joke in my opinion).
