Vacant land to put manufactured home
I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question: What do you need to consider when buying a vacant lot/land to put a manufactured home on it? I have a friend who is wanting to do this exact thing and they are waiting for pre-approval for USDA loan from bank. I feel like there is more than just getting the land and putting a house on it (Zoning regulations, surveyors, anything else).
Any insight will help.
