@Yonah WeissI have always considered education as “barbells for the mind”.It’s not so much the subject matter as working your brain making it stronger, learning to focus, to investigate problems and issues with logical thought - testing one’s knowledge and beliefs through rigorous examination.So education is valuable no matter what you do.In my case, I have a Masters of Science degree from University of Michigan but I went into real estate directly after finishing my “formal” education.That was a long time ago and now after four decades of real estate brokerage and investing, I still enjoy it as much as ever.

They do not have years or decades of experience to know what is an ideal client yet so are pulled in 100 different directions by whoever calls them that day (re-active) business versus what their goals and ideal clients are (pro-active) business.Some of my commercial broker friends won't even respond to buyers unless they get contacted at least 2 times to know they are likely serious and not just a fleeting idea or call that day.

@Christopher Thorin Amway has been around for decades, it's a pyramid scheme.They're products are made mostly in China using cheap materials.
