Hello from Bozeman, MT!

I am a real estate investor closing in on two decades of experience investing in residential units in California and Idaho and one commercial unit in my hometown of Bozeman, Montana.  I have not been active in real estate investing for several years as I have been focused on building a few different businesses, but my wife and I now have the time and focus to get back into the game and would like to acquire some more properties.  I am also a Rotarian, and past-president (2017-2018) of the Bozeman Noon Rotary Club. I am looking forward to continuing my real estate investing education here on Bigger Pockets and making some great connections.  This site looks looks to be a great resource with an active and growing community.  In fact, I was so impressed in my short time as a free member I didn't hesitate to upgrade to pro right away.
