After months of negotiating with banks, attorneys, water departments, junior lienholders etc. it's a low return for time invested.Everyone in life wants to grow their business to bigger and better things as an investor or a broker/agent.Just so everyone is clear a REALTOR has nothing to do with state licensing ( maybe it does in some states that I am not aware of but I have not seen it ).

His credit is good so no unforeseeable issues in that department and the home is VA eligible I am sure as very few problems exists with it.
