As @Avery Carl points out in her book...one must see the bigger picture!

I would put up a barrier to minimize the danger.Then accurately describe the driveway and provide good pictures so people know what there getting into.

I also assisted customers in locating and signing a rental lease and would get a small commission for doing so. 

Be sure to document everything, including the finished work with pictures.

It really depends on the lender & how often they review their customer's files.
