If I purchase an investment property prior to purchasing a primary residence can I still benefit from First Time Home Owner programs later down the road?

However you need to figure out for yourself what you want at the end of the day: MFH investing will allow you to build up equity down the road through forced appreciation if you buy value add and improve it.

I think a few months down the road there will be more inventory which will lower prices.

Up the road North in Brodheadsville, if it wasn't for the expansion of the schools which have over the last years shrunk significantly in population... you wouldn't have seen much change.... still you see a lot of vacancies up and down the strip between Lehighton and Brodheadsville, land for sale for decades left undeveloped.

I've done a decent amount of reading and research, but I feel like I have run into a road block when it comes to finding the right market to invest in. 

My wife and I have the same idea in terms of buying a home that we plan to turn into an investment property a couple years down the road.
