In other words if they really want to sell they don't care.

In SFH it's probably all taken care of by the renter.

Maybe it is if you find the right school and educators that care about sharing there wealth of knowledge and real life expierences on how to have a successful career in whatever they choose to do.Anyway if anyone has some good useful information on what to read or the best advice to getting started in real estate with no knowledge of the business, but someone who wants to get started as soon as possible.

I, for one, do not have enough time in my weeks to take care of the immense amount of upkeep that living in a home requires.
