This is why I hardly give wholesalers the time of day.Either someone is intentionally being devious or they are being mislead to do these acts by others.What you get is a lot of time wasters sending you crap.All I want to know is if a property is truly off market and is under their control for contract.I don't want to hear all the B.S. and schemes.Jeffrey Gitomer an author said " People hate to be sold, but they love to buy!
