@Morgan Painter  To answer your question, the first step would be to review the income and expenses to determine the NOI, and compare the asking price to the market capitalization rate for the area.

I would say do your due diligence on the property itself, make sure you are not spreading yourself too thin and look at the comparable properties in the area to get a feel for the quality of property you are getting and if the price is right.Good luck!
