Just as the pandemic has disproportionately affected communities of color, racial disparities in the ability to afford housing influence families’ vulnerability to evictions now.

-Plus other "non-financial benefits", like being able to paint any color we choose etc...I can see situations where purchasing a home would be a bad decision, but that was not the case for me.

We considered one a few years ago, some rich girl's dad had bought it for her, she trashed it then lost it...there was graffiti on the walls, multiple cats, weird paint colors, and dirt cheap but would have been a stunner with some time and money thrown at it.

Each project is numbered and etc, along with each active project I have a bunch of folders (contracts, submittal in, submittal out, schedule in, schedule out, CO in, CO out, etc), of the 20+ folders one is called Drawings and Specifications, under this there is Concept, Draft, Final Folders, then a Master Specs.xls file which details: brand names, colors, model numbers, location, etc and most importantly Remarks.You can share each folder to a specific client i.e B17-01 123 Main St can be shared to investor 1, B17-02 456 Second Ave can be shared to investor 2.

They seem to last and most times they only sell them due to the finish color. 

I would imagine that to look fine with any material you pick as long as you can get them to match the wood stain color. 

We use the same color paint in all of our houses so that we can paint just a small portion of the walls.

You could try painting the grout with grout colorant.  

I cannot stand "retail home buyers" who cringe about wall paint colors, etc.
