It was zoned residential, but the Railroad due to potential future lawsuits, required a covenant that no human habitation (housing, daycare, schools, etc) could be built on it. 

The problem is a human relationship.

The issue is it creates a feedback loop, that is the problem for us humans and society, not for the companies and their advertising dollars. 

Just to prove my point- this chosen market of yours- run numbers for propeties based on values and rents from 10 years ago and then what those same properties look like today.

You are human.... and sound like a good person with a good heart.... its ok to feel a little guilty, but you have to put that aside and run it like a business.

That’s great 😃 you answered my question.End goal of the civil and human rights trust association - handle the accounting.. bookkeeping.. contract’s administration …all contracts research 🔬 save the tenants humiliation and ignorance of their own contracts and possibly educate them on how to recoup settle removed the costs in foreclosure proceedings if they must leave their homes…no short sales or dignity ripping tactics  Working towards fairness in contractual disputes obligations matters All court summons are handled with dignity for the people  Administrators over the client/family new and old contractual obligations - meaning no court appearance if it’s submission is direct to the sources I am happy 😃 thank you very much ..sir. 

Maybe they sent the letters in an attempt to avoid human conversation and it made them feel like the got something important done.
