Hello BP Friends,I am currently looking for Great real estate agents covering Central Jersey and Jersey City areas.

if so I would keep it around 625 - 650 ish.  3 bedroom will be more like 700 - 725.   750 at absolute most if it has a garage and central air, etc...   

When dealing with higher dollar valued homes it gets a little more detailed i.e. lot size, garage, central air, etc.

I am located in Central Florida can anyone refer or suggest options, and maybe a lender that can help me with this"?
