I am an investor in St Cloud.  I own multiple properties there.  I have a duplex that I would like to sell soon.  The current tenant is struggling to pay rent and I've about had enough of her partial payments and broken promises.  This home will need a rehab.  If interested, give me a call at 3twozero-33three-three15three.  Possible seller financing with a down payment.
