It depends on the type of contractors and materials, but $1800-2000 is what I would expect to pay.

Question 2: What would you expect to see on the internet-page from each type of company?

Its an expense my wife and I choose to take on for just these types of situations.

For example, if you are non licensed and receive compensation for referring a property to a buyer, but do not wholesale it and receive compensation inside or outside of the closing as a party with no real interest or contract on the property, what type of agreement do you use?

But there are other loan types.  

Does anyone have experience with these types of properties, making them legal multi-families?

And/or maybe we've found the one type of investing that @Jay Hinrichs has not done.I wish I knew what I now know about REI when I was volunteering in San Quentin state prison....
