Some times it is ok to be BOLD on the colors you use as long as the house welcomes the make up.

In the end my friend,  this is a long story post, but just to end...I figure for $250 or so (Course, plus finger  printing, exam fees and license application form) then 8 weeks of studying part time at home and I have a real estate license now .

I ask because my stamps, printed letters and envelopes are still cheaper than online services.
