Since the location on your posts indicates you might be from out of town/state, here's a very recent article that goes into some detail on the current redevelopment plans, and timeline, for the movie theater near the property you're looking at: http://www.c-ville.com/new-owner-says-downtown-regal-to-reopen-as-dine-in-movie-theater-next-fall/#.VGjO38lWmngUp until the Stonefield development opened almost exactly two years ago (late 2012) with more screens, stadium seating and IMAX, the Regal downtown mall theater was pretty much the spot in the greater Charlottesville area for the dinner-and-a-movie crowd. 

Then on the wall above the bar you have a space for the big screen.

I'm a fan of ccap for tenant screening, but I'm not a fan of middle initials, dob and address's for the world to have access too.

Post to craigslist, or look on craigslist, just screen the contractors correctly.

Are you referring to candidates that you have already completed the screening process on,- credit, employment history, previous landlord etc.

If you do a "listsource" search on BP Dev actually has a full step by step (screen shots and all) post on how to utilize Listsource. 

If you don't want to be the one showing the property or don't have the skills to show and screen tenants you should source this part of the business either with an agent or with a PM.

FinishesIf you are house hacking a one unit by the room with strangers find out what you value most.If it is money then be all over your comps and push to top of market.If apprehensive about living with strangers then be slightly below market so you can have pick of the litter.Go too far below market and you will likely attract the wrong tenants and have too many people to screen.
