My guess is that even if you don't have this particular tenant, it would be easy enough to get one.  

If you can't relax about it, just call the lender and ask if they have any particular concerns about your loan getting approved.  

That is what I do mostly.It sounds very easy in theory, but there is a catch...particularly at your low level of cash.  

Unless the vetting process is being administered by professionals in the particular field being financed, losses compounded by mistakes are the inevitable result.VC firms specialize in particular categories or business types - usually they have a senior partner who is an expert on the type of business they invest in.  

Does anyone out there have any input on this, particularly Amendment No. 10, with the redemption period?  

Ask folks you know, or other investors for recommendations for a good attorney, you want one that is experienced in each particular aspect of business that you are doing.  

This couple in particular responded to a very simple online ad.

Lets say I have a motivated buyer in Michigan( where I live) I go and either get a PA with contingencies or an option contract then I go a quickly find a buyer now I have found a good title company but what about the double closing or assigment does this require the buyer to get a particular mortgage, I know it can be assigned to the buyer for usually small cash amount or whatever possible amount is agreed on but i was reading do some assign to the seller and create a lein that they have too pay back before closing and in essence our pay.

Whether prices drop or not, there's still all this new demand for retail and office space in particular that needs to be fed.On a side note, it's funny to me how many people didn't see this correction coming.
