Since it was listed on zillow, you should be able to see which MLS they are part of.Not sure how far this can go without there being an executed contract but the MLS' compliance/rules enforcement dept. should be able to look further into this.If you have anything in writing from the seller's agent or seller agreeing to accept the offer or something similar, that will be helpful.
