Might not work and seems a bit like gaming the system but for those that need it, that might make sense. 

There's the idea floating around that much of the reason REI and the stock market have done so well this round is because of the money that was pumped into the system during the GFC, and it's not because there was anything special about the fundamentals of any particular asset class. 

Set up a system and go from there.

Once you have a system YOU will know when it is a good time for your position.

The Section 179 system requires the taxpayer to choose and specify which assets are being deducted under section 179, in the first return filed for the year, or in an amended return filed within 3 years of the return due date.

I want to be able to complete this process as efficiently as possible, so I would love some expert opinions on the best system to follow for this.P.S.

I've had the best results from referring to teams as they tend to have stronger systems and measures for accountability among their agents.
