State law dictates the disposal of such property as well as federal law in applicable cases.You may find out what the disposition might be at the DA's office or the defense attorney if they will speak to you about it.Doesn't mean the property will be for sale.

A builders risk policy removes these exclusions and can add coverage applicable to the rehab, like coverage for materials on site, etc.disclosure - I am familiar with all of the products as I was a State Farm agent many years ago, and rep for all of the companies mentioned above.
