I'm a Realtor in California and am having to let me investment clients know that in my region of Sacramento, the opportunity to secure a long-term rental with strong cash flow is not high.

With more trillion dollar bills being passed, RE for the majority of the regions in this country have only one place to go over the next couple years. 

It's the differences between macroeconomics and microeconomics.Macroeconomics - inflation is up, there is way too much money out there chasing  lower housing supply, interest rates are probably artificially low and we have supply and labor chain issues due to COVID and never before seen levels of government "regulations" at both federal and state/local levels.Microeconomics - Some cities, states, regions are doing better than others. 

I'm in Iowa and this is a local/regional brand. 

We've added more private sector jobs added than any other state in the region in the past decade, given our favorable business tax environment.2.

I live in Colorado and am looking at the west coast of Florida for STR property (Tampa to Sarasota region). 

We are in the Sacramento, CA region.

There would be no charge to fill it out.This would be something I could read before I offer them a chance to view the property to avoid wasting my time with people  who don't meet minimum standards.I've heard Tenant Cloud has that feature, but apartments.com is more popular in my region for listings.

September is a generally lower travel month, but obviously there could be huge variations to that based on region.
