Make sure you go visit any of the complexes they're pitching in person. 

If you want to shield yourselves as the owners of the properties, then I guess it's possible, but not sure why you want that extra accounting headache.  

I don't know the intricacies of leaving Evolve, but I'm on the receiving end of folks that have left.
