Hi All,I have been renting my 4 bed 2 bath SFH for over two years and have had many troubles with the tenant(Initiated an eviction process ).

I am attending BPCON this year in Cancun and love to catch up with anyone attending from Dallas, TX. 

I know many out of country investors that pay cash in the Cleveland markets for years,  Yes a lot of people buying cash but also plenty that are using financing in this market with DSCR financing. 

If we continue to have storms with billion $ payouts, pricing will continue to climb.Coastal insurance has always had a high price and it will always be volatile.  

He owns all of the properties free and clear, with no more mortgages.

We now hold it as a rental property that cashflows well with a 2.75% interest rate (got lucky with the rate environment at the time of purchase!)
