I used to own a small property maintenance/handy-man company so I have some skills that I would be willing to barter with.

With supply increasing and demand decreasing, how do you see this trend impacting investment strategies moving forward?

I have no issues with the tenant, the caretaker pays the rent on time.

Will the insatiable demand for this slow down ?   

I have also taken a lot of classes throughout high school further developing my understanding.

... as I own my RE portfolio via my single member LLC is there a process that I can setup wherein the event of my death that LLC passes to my designated individual along with the assets owned by my LLC?
