Technically this was yesterday, but I reviewed the absentee owners list i received, identified the best targets to mail to, went to the post office to get stamps, and mailed out my first set of post cards.Today's agenda items including reviewing a marketing podcast and reviewing my marketing plan to make sure it's the most cost effective strategy.

Vacant houses are a target, as @Steve Wilcox sort of suggested ;) To avoid vacancies, when we have good tenants, we do not raise the rent.

When I was actively marketing to foreclosures I'd talk to 100 people to look at 10 to buy 1.Your lead source isnt very targeted so you are going to waste a lot of time talking to non motivated sellers if you aren't careful.It goes a little different on the homeowners than someone that has 4 , but still the same series of questions:Why are you selling?
