Do you all have health insurance?

Now with the states making harder with license requirements, hassles of filing foreclosure in judicial states, stipulations on contacting borrowers, statue of limitations since last payment or maturity of the notes, I am much happier doing the business loans to landlords, and working on investor relations for 16 geriatric behavioral health hospitals, and lender relations for a company buying pools of low balance consumer notes in the single digit range and bringing them lenders who also want to clip coupons and not deal with all the hassles of mortgage notes. 

Not only that but with having a child I saw how nice it is to have good employer sponsored health care insurance.Finally I may be a rarity but I really enjoy my work.

We're trying to get the city and health department to do something, but that's an ongoing battle.

I agree with everything @Tim Herman said.I've notice a lot of people get caught up in the " I need to build my business" or " I need to build my team" mentality before they have even done their first deal.

Chico does have some other businesses with big draws such as Enloe Medical Center, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Build.com, United Health Care as well as many Agriculture products like Almonds, Rice, Walnuts etc.

As the title would imply, I walked away from the deal and am back on the hunt.I'm not sure if I want to keep working in the same market or find a new one to give me a bit of a (mental/emotional) boost... because, I'll be honest, I'm kind of frustrated and dejected.
