We currently reside in California but my husband grew up in Traverse City and Grand Ledge MI so we decided to start our investing journey out here. 

I grew up in NOVA and currently do property management in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.

That grew to be too much and recently havent been putting much time as befire into it.

And I grew up in upstate New York, so we've come full circle.

I grew up in Detroit and I know the city like the back of my hand.

My family and I moved here from Pasadena, California 2 years back due to a family member passing and I received an inheritance check of $165,000 (post tax) from the sale of the Pasadena property which I grew up in.

We grew up in the area and we know it well so we are confident that we can select a good neighborhood. 

BTW I grew up in Silver Spring.

I grew up in Columbia and have house hacked in both PG county and Baltimore, and it worked well in both locations.

I actually grew up in Fremont (mom still lives there) and have lived all over California.I'm currently living and working as a realtor in the Central Coast near San Luis Obispo.
