And be very aware when you are in questionable areas, even just walking into a laundry room to pull coins is a big risk. 

It depends on how many washers and dryers you’ll have in this building but on average you should be able to pick up a commercial grade washing machine for around $4k on the lower end of things.

New luxury apartments are being built in a few areas of the city as well as businesses such as gas stations, restaurants, a beer garden, a car wash, and some other “trendy” businesses that will bring in a new crowd.

I was just saying that if you were paying mortgages on your rentals and nothing on your primary home, it would be almost a wash in terms of your interest deductions wrt taxes.
