(When you get with a contractor be careful, always look up their LLC to see if they have been sued in the past, also I was thought to add 10% to whatever total cost a contractor gives you for unforeseen expenses) Maybe is cheap enough whereby a lot flip can be taken in consideration?

I formed an LLC, and put a lien against the property for the $11,000 plus interest a month after we had already commenced work and had spent over half the 11k (VERY stupid and would never do again!!)
