I am new to this Forum and am thinking about getting into Real Estate Investing.  

The result is that even though I sold the property I am showing a late payment on my credit.I was planning to DSCR an investment property and this throws a monkey wrench in things.

I'm sure it's a great time to invest there, in fact I'll get 22% on my money if I go with this syndication!

By no means should this be interpreted as an anti-BRRRR post.  

With this being a buy and hold I am tempted to go in and do the full gut and fix everything up to current standards even though it's not required.

LLC, for example, and then placing this LLC ownership under the holding company.

This is a great question, and many people encounter this situation when they're just getting started!

My understanding is the TN has some crazy rules and regulations that complicate this process.
