Fast forward to today 150 plus employees sold the business to his employees about 7 or 8 years ago.. that nets him 1 mil a year basically forever plus he owns all the iron that he leases to the biz and that makes him another 125k a month net..

If you wanted to do something with your business and an employee said no, would you just not do it?

I'm hoping this post draws attention to RWN members and employees alike.
