I did a little research and discovered the advantages of real estate investing, but of course it is expensive, especially here in Boston.

He is charismatic and likeable, talkative and seems genuine.

I am also new to this website and real estate investing, but I have discovered bigger pockets youtube channel and podcasts which are full of tons of amazing information and inspiration.

I just discovered this listening to the TTP podcast.
