Novice in North Texas

Hey y'all,

I'm new to this forum and new to flipping. I started getting interested about 5 years ago, but I'm just now ready to go. I have lots to learn and I'm hoping I can do that here. I'm looking to flip in north Texas and also in the Wichita, KS area. In fact the first house I'm trying to acquire is up there.

Thanks in advance for letting me use your knowledge and suggestions!

Steve
