The Allied portal is pretty rough, but their fees are low and customer service is really good so I can deal with it. 

It could also probably be considered a conflict of interest and possibly even an ethics violation for an agent to take down a deal before offering it to a client (assuming you have an exclusive buyer's agency agreement with the agent, otherwise you're still just a customer and not a client, at least in CO).

I just signed up with a company to do just this for my units & had a tenant decide to utilize them for the first time last week.Process was simple and relatively easy to get set up as a landlord, but the customer service/phone support is very light.

Look really hard to see if you can drum up some leads before purchase.A strategy to consider: If the park has a lot of infill going on, you may be able to partner with the park owner to provide short term rentals for their customers.

I just purchased a 3 unit multifamily property with approximately 30 custom size windows.

I am working with customer service now and they are apologizing and fixing it but I have no idea how many hundreds of dollars they have shorted me.Wondered if anyone else keeps track of their HD rebates and if you have noticed this same scam?
