You need to find an investor friendly Title company and do a "Double Closing" Close with Buyer and Seller the same Day, That way, Seller and Buyer won't know your profit.   

You can wholesale while also being a RE Agent however, you will have to disclose that you are an agent with whatever company you work with such as Remax etc. to the property seller.

You might need to consult with an Attorney or CPA to determine your type of company to keep you personally protected, a pre qualification letter from your choice lender, and your primary Team members.
