Locally I help clients buy investments, and teach them to self-manage providing the tools and contact necessary to avoid pitfalls, headaches etc.

Also, if we ever did decide to come back, not having to buy a home for the price they will cost in the future is a plus.

I would also suggest forcing appreciation to reduce market speculation (property improvements, adding bedrooms, finding ways to increase rent, buying at a discount, etc).Good luck!

Some parts of the country it makes sense and some investors will have different uses or ways they are willing to pursue.An Investor has a lot to consider upfront and during their due diligence period buying real estate.

I'm buying this property at the price of two single-family homes but it should net more than six single-family homes.

Please share recommendations on where to buy basic furniture (sofa, chair, end tables, coffee tables, dressers for bedrooms,etc) that will last through the years but also be reasonable.
