But seems like the juice is almost squeezed from that area from an investing stand point, IMO.You could also check out certain parts of brookside and Garfield park.

I would say that Irvington, Broad Ripple, Fountain Square, Garfield Park are your best bet.

@Khadijah Oliver,I agree with what @Andrew Postell said above...lower loan amounts are a market-wide challenge.Going to a local REIA meetup is a good way to connect with private lenders, who are likely to be one of your only options at that loan amount.Best,Michael
