I own two tattoo studios in Seattle and my first studio provided me the income to purchase a tiny 600 sq ft house in 2011.

I would also refer to Brian Heckmann, whom we've used for one complex eviction and have gotten consulting with on others when we went the DIY route but wanted a little backup.We purchased and studied the Nolo book "California Landlord's Law Book vol2 : evictions" (although an older version than currently sold on Amazon).

When my wife and I were doing a lot of Airbnb in Cap Hill (just outside of downtown), we were getting between $3,000 and $3,500 for our studios and 1br units at a time when we would have gotten about $1,000 to $1,400 for those same units as long-term rentals.

Now fully renovated, it grosses $3,300 for 2 studios and 2 1-br units.

I must own about a dozen of those things.I have also found "Thrift" (purchased through ebay or Amazon) to be a highly useful product to clear clogged drains.  

I get it off Amazon but you can find it in rolls at Lowes/Home Depot.

I wanted to know when Amazon parcels get delivered and when guests check in.
