Best Landlord tailored property mgmt software?

Hello. Thanks for your time I appreciate it. I recently inherited a property from my deceased father. I finally finished rehabbing it and it’s seemngly ready to be rented. So needless to say landlording is new to me. Is there any software that you all would suggest that could make this transition a bit easier for me? All I can find is software targeted towards full time property managers. I don’t need much - just a simple way to keep it all organized (I think lol).

I second Cozy.co. I've been using it for around 4 yrs now without issue. Handles all of the basics (screening, payment, maintenance, etc.).  Its easy to use and great for someone with only a handful of properties.
