Hi Jessica, I would reach out to several Airbnb hosts in your area to see if they can give you an estimate of monthly earnings.

If you are not self managing, make sure to see if they can provide you with plenty of referrals of STR hosts that are cost effective and have superhost status.Good luck.

STR requires a responsive host and people won't wait three hours for you to return a call, email, or text.

Key items were: good property management software (we use hostfully) and automation such as ring camera, smart lock, leak detection system (100 from Amazon) , workflow to send emails, etc.
