Flipping definitely holds appeal for me too, but I understand that it's not as easy as it sometimes seems.Currently, I'm working hard to pay down my credit card debt and develop a 6-month emergency fund, so I don't think I'll be in a position to acquire my first property for at least two years.

When taking the photos, stand in a spot where you can capture the rooms at an angle showing diagonal lines to make the photos more appealing.

., Thanks; we have done very little in terms of repairs, mostly a couple thousand in the basics (wired smoke detectors, etc.) and this spring intend to make some landscape upgrades (curb appeal), but biggest expense/return has been adding a couple fully furnished units that include cable & internet and make those available at shorter terms (1 - 3 months).

Most attorneys I've talked to charge between 30-35% for a settlement, 35-40% for a trial and up to 50% for an appeal.
