I'd suggest any class offered by Chris Barnett, Kandyce Ellis or Travis Everette.You'll definitely want to pay attention to the  License Examination Performance by School and look at the pass rates of each school.

Just be sure to calculate that date properly because a judge (at least in Cook County) will toss the notice in a second if its wrong and the tenant brings that to their attention (even if your date is after the required one).

To me this is not investing but rather speculating, and speculating in an asset that is going to take time and attention.
