Can I wholesale property out of state using my LLC as the party conducting the wholesale deals or do I need to look into a foreign LLC. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I would love to partner with someone on this deal, but in the event that I can't, is there such thing as an assignment fee for finding a great investment property and turning it over to someone? 

I would personally like to make the homes as affordable as possible because so many are struggling to get into homes right now and I would really like to help in any way I can (I'm the only one involved in this deal that feels that way though...)3.

@Gladys Cepeda It is always a tough situation dealing with an unprofessional HOA board. 

Your cost per deal will likely be lower if your converting your prospects.

When I try to analyze a deal, I feel like there are so many steps within each step that make it more difficult to actually figure out how to do it.

Perhaps they would entertain it as part of the deal as a cashflowing rental for them?

Feels like no deal at the moment.

I do not really have the desire to buy more unless there is a really good deal that comes along.Some people tell me that if I pay off my mortgage early then I will be able to leverage the tax benefit of owning and paying mortgages properties.
